How do I combine the use of the Motherboard with the Light Pens?

1) Put a glass or a bottle of water on the Motherboard for 1 minute (this cleans the negative energy from the water)

2) Take the glass or bottle off the Motherboard.

3) Light the water with the light pen in the usual way (then you have the frequency of the HL Light in your water uncluttered by any other information).

4) Drink the water

Do not put the water back on the Motherboard after step 3. If you do this you will negate the information of the light pen.

When you use the Motherboard for food it is not necessary to use the light pens as well however you can if you wish.
