The next step on my light pen healing journey was with the ONE light. Keen as I am to evolve and clean up my mind and body, I went straight from using the QI to working with the ONE with no break in between. This wasn't a problem and from the get go impressive shifts manifested. I made up a personal remedy, shone it on the associated chakras and my kidneys, re-phased drinking water and shone it on the base of my nails.

I first shone the light on my crown chakra and noticed an uplifting, energising but grounding effect. I was feeling a little tired up to that point but this was instantly dispelled and I felt bright and clear. I then took my first dose of my personal remedy with the intention of releasing any deeply held in negative thinking patterns. As usual after my first dose I asked my wife to check out what was happening on the chakra/energetic level. She saw one vortex of light spiral up from the heart chakra expanding up to the crown chakra. Simultaneously another vortex spiral down from the heart chakra to the base chakra expanding as it moved. She also inspected the state of my kidneys as this light works on that aspect. I had some black spots but nothing too serious. She felt that the light would first work on the left one (as that was the priority for healing) and then it would move on to the right kidney. This is exactly what transpired over the coming weeks. She also saw a circuit of golden energy moving up from the base chakra up my back, over my head and down my front in one connected loop.

Within the first few days some interesting physical sensations manifested. I became aware of an unusual tingling and itching feeling in my rectum. I had a sense of this relating to the base chakra, which governs elimination amongst other things. The following day in the early evening a very strange sensation developed on my crown area. It felt like a gradually intensifying clamping effect getting tighter and over the course of three hours it got stronger and stronger. I felt it was positive and just witnessed it. It eventually faded away but over the weeks other head pains and aches came and went in different area of my head as if my whole brain was getting an over haul and being re-wired. I also experienced this strange feeling like cool water running down the side of my head and some times down my face. Like a drip that winds it’s way downwards. I’ve read in yogic texts that this relates to soma being released and an unblocking of the nadi/meridian channels. It was very pleasant and intriguing. Another sensation occurred on the back of my skull, which was like a tingling fizzing feeling. I had lots of mucous being discharged too.

While the head was being worked on I began having more bowel movements, and started going to the toilet twice a day. This felt like the lower part of my body was being re-structured to a higher order and balance. I experienced more tingling accompanied by tensing and relaxing of the rectal muscles. A couple of weeks into the remedy my feet started to pulse and I had these small electric shocks. It wasn’t uncomfortable just odd and so I witnessed it while feeling that this must relate to the base chakra and grounding. Other aches, pulses and twinges occurred in my legs too. One day my calf muscle ached like I’d pulled the muscle. This lasted a day and faded away the next day. My knees seemed to be being healed at the same time with pains coming and going. I saw all of this relating to my connection to the earth and being re-aligned. There has been another increase in physical vitality and my boss commented how my face started to look pinker and brighter. A friend of mine commented while we were on the phone that my voice had become very deep and resonant as if I had become deeply grounded. He said I sounded older in that I sounded more mature and wiser. Also how I was articulating my experiences with the ONE light had a clearer quality, and the words that I used weren’t words I usually use to describe these things. I really understood what he meant and noticed that I liked the sound of my voice a lot more.

On the mental level I noticed that a deeper level of emotional detachment emerged in daily life. I'm very much more grounded in the present moment and fulfill my goals more effortlessly. I've begun to really appreciate the nature of the crown chakra and how this relates to a wider field of perception (much bigger than the third eye). I was able to view certain negative mental patterns and shadow traits without emotion colouring it and just saw things clearly and cleanly from a much higher perspective. I could see these things without the old harsh self-criticism that always kept them glued into my psyche. This has allowed me to let them go of these mental prisoners very easily and smoothly. It is constantly fascinating to me how each of these lights has such a specific area of expertise for healing. They also reveal how complex and layered the healing journey is as they work into the deepest recesses of the mind and body. Thanks to the ONE, I have had profound self-realisations about how everything in life is connected and the nature of the holographic universe we are all a part of, but more in a deeper feeling knowing sense of it.

So once again such incredible effects and changes. I’m giving myself a couple of weeks break from the lights and then I will move on to the JOY light which of course I will gladly report back to you on in due course.
