I had my two week break after working with the ONE light before commencing healing with the JOY. I set an intention to clear stagnant sexual energy from the 2nd chakra for my personal remedy and worked with the light in the usual other ways.

After the first dose of the remedy I asked my wife to see the effect on my 2nd and 5th chakras. She saw clock-wise spirals of rainbow energy in both those chakras. This was a new development as she hadn’t seen this happen with my previous light remedies. The next day she checked them again after a dose. This time the rainbow colours were still present but she also witnessed a blue tube of light coming out the back of the 5th (throat) chakra. It spiralled over my right shoulder and continued down my body connecting to the front of the 2nd chakra (sacral). Then a pink tube of light spiralled back up the same path from the back of the 2nd chakra up my body but entered the front of the 5th. This was to to allow a communication between the two chakras to open up. She was shown how suppressed emotions in the 2nd chakra would start to express themselves through the 5th chakra, thus clearing those things that I had held in from childhood.

The next two days brought waves of bliss and a vibrant JOY-ful state. I wanted to dance and sing all the time! I had a bursts of insight about the power of creative energy and a deep feeling of potential growing within. I could recognise more choices about how I could "sculpt" the energy of life into new forms and how in the less aware state it just gets put in service to old quite boring ones. An interesting creative idea regarding using the lights in different way came to me also (I’ll share it down the line when I’ve developed and experienced it properly myself). The days that followed brought more lightness and joy in my being with no emotional pollution purges. I did have some very strong water theme dreams though, so I may have had releases in the dream state.

Two weeks into the remedy I experienced an ache in the back of my neck where the 5th chakra is located. This lasted for two hours or so and then faded away. There were also sensations in my lower abdomen near my genitals. It intuitively felt like energy clusters were being healed. Some depressed fellings arose but nothing too strong. My thoughts became negatively focussed on my body and self criticism flooded my mind. This related to childhood insecurities about the shape and size of my body which had affected my self-esteem on and off all through out my life (and past lives too). A lot of powerful dreams continued at night.

In the third week I noticed a deepening joyful state but also felt calm and grounded. The singing was still going on and a lot of laughter, even though at times I kept intensely revisiting the body obsession thoughts. There was a nice background feeling of lightness which kept me from getting lost in the negative side of things. I spontaneously brought in new supportive influences for my wellbeing (listening more regularly to spiritual devotional chants and songs, watching media with more uplifting themes etc). I began singing and chanting these songs more myself which felt like my deeper self expressing itself through the 5th chakra.

At the end of the fourth week Kavya checked my chakras and described how there was orange energy in the 5th and blue in the 2nd. This was to do with old energy that had been lodged in the 2nd chakra relating to my mid teen years and the unexpressed trauma and confusion of a transition from that time. She advised me to create a new remedy and intention to allow this energy to release. It was also important to communicate about the past for closure to take place. I talked to some trusted friends about this past issue a few days later and the stagnation cleared. This gave me profound insight into how certain impacting life events that affect us can be glossed over and the emotions that go with them not voiced. I had unconsciously decided that these difficult events were too painful and shameful to acknowledge. The bridge created via the JOY with my intention initiated a full healing within that part of my life. One last point on the chakras concerns the crown and the root. While all this was being revealed Kavya noticed that orange energy was being discharged through the crown and purple energy out through the root chakra.

So another extrordinary phase of healing and personal transformation has been achieved. I now feel I need a lengthy period of rest from working with these new lights to allow the massive shifts to fully integrate. This will be challenging because I love these lights and the changes they bring so much!
